What We Welcome

We genuinely appreciate hearing from readers and partners about:

  • Story tips and product suggestions. Found a Korean brand or trend you’d like us to cover? Let us know what caught your eye and where you found it.
  • Corrections. If you spot an outdated price, broken link, factual error, or missing context in any of our guides, please email us with the article URL and a brief description. We update articles regularly and reader corrections help keep everything accurate.
  • Brand partnerships and sponsored content. Korean beauty, food, fashion, and lifestyle brands looking to reach our English-speaking audience are welcome to reach out with partnership proposals. We maintain editorial independence on all content and clearly disclose any sponsored placements per FTC guidelines and our Affiliate Disclosure.
  • Affiliate program inquiries. If you run an affiliate program in our coverage areas, we’d be glad to learn more.
  • Press inquiries. Journalists and creators researching Korean cultural trends are welcome to reach out for interviews, expert commentary, or sourcing.
  • Reader questions. Looking for a recommendation that isn’t covered in one of our guides? We’ll do our best to point you in the right direction or add it to our editorial calendar.

What We Can’t Help With

To save your time, here’s what falls outside what we can responsibly assist with:

  • Personal medical or skin-condition advice. Our beauty articles discuss general ingredient categories and product positioning, but specific medical or dermatological guidance should come from a licensed professional.
  • Real-time customer service for brands we cover. If you have an order issue with YesStyle, Olive Young, Coupang, Amazon, or any retailer mentioned on our site, please contact that retailer directly — we don’t have visibility into their systems.
  • K-pop fan inquiries about specific artists or events. We cover dramas and entertainment, but we’re not affiliated with any agency or fan organization.

Response Times and Languages

  • Languages: We respond in English. Korean (한국어) inquiries are also welcome.
  • Response window: 1–3 business days for general email; press inquiries prioritized within 24 hours when possible.
  • No response after 5 business days? Please resend — occasionally messages get caught in spam filters.
