How To Relate To Challenging Thoughts & Emotions?


We’re practically midway by way of the Coming Home 10-Day Meditation Challenge.

So I needed to share with you two fast audios from the Challenge. In these two excerpts, I reply some wonderful questions from the contributors.

For context, we have spent the final 4 days studying and working towards fundamental mindfulness meditation. And the directions for that follow are easy. 1. Take your seat. 2. Find your breath. 3. Label your ideas “considering”.

I do know, sounds actually easy. But there is a world of depth and discovery hidden within the house between these phrases.
